Learn Well 📚 Grow Well 🌏

Whether you’re a voracious reader who devours a new book every week or you’re still plowing through that best-seller a colleague suggested months ago, psychologists (and their studies) believe your time is well spent.

However, In my opinion, reading is beneficial to your health since it increases your attention, memory, empathy, and communication abilities. It can help you live longer by reducing stress, improving your mental health, and extending your life. Reading also enables you to discover new things that will help you excel at your job and in your relationships.

In addition, It allows us to relate to others and motivates us to be kind and respectful of others’ feelings. Reading, it turns out, can aid in developing empathy. Reading stories about other people’s life helps people acquire the abilities needed to see the world from another person’s point of view.
